Prison police brought greater work pressure, which gives health and psychological hidden dangers. High pressure will affect the emotional problem, this will not only affect themselves, but also their families and prison even social society. Through the research on the prison police emotional control, analysis and point out the suggestion, There has extremely important on the theory&practical.This paper is reference to lots of thesis on emotional and emotional control, philosophy health of prison police, collect related theory and practical research at home and abroad. Through survey and case interviews to research the philosophy health in C prison, we collect and analysis the problem. This conclusion is based on surveys and case interview for188prison police who worked at C prison:(1) Emotional control level is higher.(2) Female emotion control are obviously higher than male. Especially on the emotion control, performance capability, perceived ability. But there is not obviously difference on the emotional application.(3) There is very difference on the level. Directors and clerks emotional control are higher than vice directors.(4) There are extremely differences from the. nature of work in C prison.(5) ABC theory will have positive effect on prison police.On the base of survey, this thesis pointed out that emotion control should be considered the organization level and personal perspective and to encourage the prison police psychological health.
