Workaholism is a behavioral tendency that refers to the individual always put his work in themost important position and invest a lot of time and effort at work.Study the influence mechanism ofChinese secondary school teachers workaholism have far-reaching significance to improve their workingeffects and reduce the level of work addiction.This study selected500middle school teachers in Henan Province as the research object,and usedfamily cohesion evaluation scales,simplified coping style questionnaire,work family conflict questionnaireand workaholism questionnaire an tools to investigate.The main conclusions are as follows:1、Different gender,level of education,type of school,with child and without child aresignificantly differences in the different components of workaholism.2、Family cohesion significantly related with positive coping styles,negative copingstyles,FIW,work fulfillment, work priority, and high work demands.3、Work fulfillment,work priority and high work demands significantly related with positivecoping styles,negative coping styles and FIW; excessive work significantly related with WIF.4、Positive coping styles play an intermediary role among family cohesion and two componentsof workaholism(work fulfillment, high work demands).5、Negative coping styles and WIF both play intermediary role among family cohesion and threecomponents of workaholism(work fulfillment,work priority and high work demands).
