With the development of market economy in our country, the competition withinthe art and design training industry is growing more fiercely. XX Art and DesignTraining Company as a special training institution, mainly trains the professionalability of art and design professional students. Since its establishment, it has set up fourtraining center in Chang-Zhu-Tan Area successfully, and walked out of the difficultstart-up stage. The growth of an enterprise didn’t rely on its early methods to operateand manage when it is progressed to a certain degree. Under the increasing complexeconomic environments and more competitive circumstances, XX Art and DesignTraining Company should do some research on its growth strategy to guide itsdevelopment in the future.According to the idea of “discovering-analyzing-resolving problems” to designthis article, the paper makes a profound analysis of the XX Art and Design TrainingCompany’s growth strategy with the theories and methods of enterprise growthstrategy. Firstly, the current situation of XX Art and Design Training Company isanalyzed from environment dimension、resource dimension and ability dimension,which points out that the company exists the weak strength of teachers, theimperfection of management, fewer students, the lack of teaching resources problems,etc. Then, the analysis is made about this existing problems, only internal shortage ofthe enterprise improved its greater development can be achieved, so this paper studyinternal resources and management mechanism of the enterprise by the endogenousgrowth theory. It is concluded that the measures to perfect the management mechanismand integrate resources of XX art design training company is improving thecomprehensive quality of enterprise managers, building a high-quality teachers andimproving core competence of the enterprise that are teaching ability, marketing abilityand financial operation ability. At last, combining with the actual situation of XX artdesign training company and considering the cost efficiency principle, based onendogenous growth theory this paper make the horizontal integration strategy anddiversification strategy for the growth of XX art design training company. At the sametime, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the growth strategy, it is putforward safeguard measures from the organizational structure, faculty, teaching mode,marketing mode and chain institutions. The value of this paper is to understand and grasp the XX art design trainingcompany’s survival environment and conditions, and to guide the XX art designtraining companies develop by the endogenous growth theory and to implement adetailed corporate growth strategy planning. The research of this paper provideimportant theoretical significance and practical guiding value for other trainingcompanies accurately seizing the present development of the industry and dynamic,and provide reference for positioning accurately and making relevant growth strategy.
