Now the long-term development of art training institutions has attracted the attention of managers of many institutions.Due to the fierce market competition,it is inevitable to invest in costs and conduct in-depth analysis of the market for sustainable and long-term development.Only with sufficient data support,can the development direction and trend of the institutions be defined more clearly.This study provides references for the further development of art training institutions that have passed the primary stage.Based on the analysis of internal capability and external competitive environment of rongsheng dance by five forces model,STP analysis and 4ps theory,this paper finds that long-term development requires market segmentation,brand building,market target determination and marketing strategy formulation to provide more opportunities for the development of the institution.And it is increasingly threatened by the onslaught of new competitors and substitutes,which may promote the prevalence of disorder and price competition.In rongsheng through on-the-spot investigation,dancing around 5 km distance,online promotion in the 30 or so,the number of training institutions which give priority to the art of dance training institutions accounted for around seven,with other projects and auxiliary dance art training institutions account for around four,at the same time also face the state supports the youth palace and the expansion of position strong chain organizations.How to stand out from the crowd is a serious question for rongsheng dance.According to the specific characteristics of rongsheng dance,the practical conclusions are as follows:1.Curriculum strategy: strengthen the implementation of teaching plan,promote grade examination and competition,and carry out teaching system promotion in aplanned and purposeful way is of vital significance to the growth and development of children.An open class will be added in half a semester,and a report performance will be organized at the end of the year.2.Price strategy: when a family or a person chooses two or more courses,they can enjoy discounts,course gifts or gifts,etc.,so as to make full use of resources and improve profit margins.3.Operation strategy: adjust the product structure to maximize the profit.Rongsheng dance cooperates with letron talents taekwondo managers to sign the user agreement as long as they can use it in their spare time.4.Advertising strategy: the online advertising is mainly carried out on Meituan,while baidu nuomi focuses on promotion and publicity.After searching rongsheng dance,consumers can spend 1 yuan to buy courses worth 60 yuan or 70 yuan for a course experience.The offline advertisements are mainly made of yilabao and fan ads.Yilabao is used for placing in front of the venues.Compared with traditional single-page or folding leaflets,fan ads have good effects and affordable prices.
