The art training industry has got a good development in recent years,mainly due to the continuous development of social economy,people's living standards have been improved,under this background,people's demand level is higher and higher,and gradually realize the importance of art training.People's demand for art training is diversified.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of people,art training institutions formulate the marketing strategies which is in line with social development.In the current market,the development of the education and training industry is getting better and better,and the requirement for market competitiveness is becoming more and more obvious.How to formulate personalized marketing strategies which are different from the counterparts and improve the economic and social benefits has become a widespread concern of art training institutions.Based on STP theory,this paper uses the method of STP strategy and SWOT to analyze the macro-economic environment faced by DY Art Training Company,as well as the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats which the company confronts on market are comprehensively studied.It is found that DY Art Training Company has some problems in the fierce market competition,such as the insufficiency of market segmentation management,unclear orientation of extend pattern,the simplistic of web promotion,no integration with promotion tools and so on.In order to alleviate the problems encountered in the marketing of DY Art Training Company,this paper attempts to research these problems through the marketing theory,and put forward solutions.In the process of this study,first of all,the basic statuses and marketing strategies of DY Art Training Company will be further analyzed,the existing problems will be pointed out.The writer utilizes SWOT analysis tool to find out the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the marketing promotion then,put forward the optimization idea for DY Company.After segmenting the target market of DY Art Training Company according to STP theory,and propose the application of combination promotion tools which are based on Internation Plus,in this way,promote DY Company to carry out different marketing mix strategies according to market segments.I hope that through the research content and relevant conclusions of this paper can play an enlightening role in the market promotion of art training companies,and promote the sound development of art training companies in the market.
