The Party’s18th National Congress groundbreaking brings scientific outlook ondevelopment into its guiding theory, which makes us deeply reading and studying therichly connotation of the scientific outlook on development, that is “adhere to thehuman-oriented, set up a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, topromote economic, social and all-round development of human being”. At present, thenatural environment of human existence has been destroyed repeatedly and the shortageof natural resources, which makes ecological imbalance seriously. Facing theincreasingly sharp ecological problems in our country, we need to review the currentway of development, change the traditional development concept, stepping into thegreen road with a new style. The paper has analyzed the scientific outlook ondevelopment’s ecological ethics thoughts. Fully understand the ecological ethics valueof “human-oriented”,“comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development”,“co-ordinate the harmonious development between man and nature” and “Resourceconservation and environmentally friendly”, clarify the moral relationship and statusbetween man and nature. Use the right ethical ideas conducting people’s behavior.Enable people learn to respect the environment, virtuous treat the natural. State thecombination relationship between scientific outlook on development and ecologicalcivilization, which is the important theoretical basis of building the beautiful China.Reading the scientific outlook on development’s eco-ethic thought has a certain valueof theoretical and practical, which has important instruction of exploring andconstructing development path of the harmonious relation between man and nature.
