To stick to humanism, to establish a concept of scientific, comprehensive,harmonious and sustained development, and to improve the concurrent development ofboth economic society and human is proposed officially at the Third Plenary Session ofthe Sixteenth Central Committee. To establish a scientific development concept is theright choice for properly dealing with all possible risks and challenges at the key period ofChinese development. The ecological ethics aims at studying and discussing human'sethic and moral problems in ecological environment. Based on the Marxist theory, thisthesis points out that scientific development concept and ecological ethics are inherentlyidentical in some aspects, such as the relation between human and nature, and betweenhuman and human, because both theories emphasize the balance between human andhuman, and between human and nature. This thesis explains the concept of scientificdevelopment from a completely new aspect, which includes the ecological ethicimplication of humanist, comprehensive, harmonious and sustained development. Then,put forward the thinking on the construction of ecological ethics. Therefore, it is of greattheoretical and practical value to combining the research about scientific development andthe research about the ecological ethics.
