With the continuous development of knowledge economy and information technology, cultural creative industry is developing with the unprecedented speed.And it become a new economic growth point of countries and cities.Also, it’s significant effect to economic development is getting more obvious.Cultural creative industry is a developing industry, conform to the requirements for the construction of two type society. The research of cultural creative industry chainis conducive to the development of social economy in hunan province with the background that Hunan province is heavily promoting the cultural creative industry, cultivating strategic emerging industries and constructing the "civilized sprovince". At present, at home and abroad, many researches of cultural creative industry are at the macro perspective of the policy. Quantitative empirical researches are very few. In order to do some in-depth study of hunan culture creative industry, this paper study from the competitive model, through the government administration, And cultive the cultural creative industry core competitiveness, This paper has important theoretical and realistic meaning.Based on the lack of theoretical research and the needs of the development of reality this paper study on competitiveness of Hunan’s cultural creative industries.through reviewing existing literature at home and abroad, expounding the related theory foundation, analysis of the whole development of hunan culture creativity production condition from general, development trends, industry segment, the industrial agglomeration. Then it introduces the development of the key industry.and analyes the cultural creative industry in hunan province of advantages and disadvantages. By constructing the index system, the influence factors of cultural creative industry competitiveness of hunan province and the level of competitiveness are analyzed.In the end, combining the result of the analysis and research put forward the strategy about the development of the cultural creative industries in hunan province from the macro, meso and micro three aspects.The full text is divided into five chapters, the specific content is as follows:Chapter1is the introduction part. First of all, this chapter introduces the full text of the selected topic background and research significance; Then, a detailed review analyzed the cultural creative industry, industrial competitiveness and related culture creative industry competitiveness research; Then, the paper introduces the main idea of this article, the research content, the methods used in the process and the innovation of the article and shortage, etc.Chapter2is the definition of basic concepts and theoretical basis. This chapter firstly introduce the concept and connotation of culture creative industry.Then introduce related theory of cultural creative industry. The core content of this paper is to analyze the competitiveness of the cultural creative industries in Hunan province, so the industrial competitiveness theory is an important theoretical basis of this article.Chapter3is the analysis of cultural creative industry development present situation in Hunan province. This chapter firstly analyze the current situation of the development of cultural creative industry, from four aspects which are the overall situation, industry development trend, industry segment, the industry agglomeration. Then the paper simply described the development status of sub-industry.Then it analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Hunan culture creative industry, providing the basis analysis of Hunan culture creative industry.Chapter4is the analysis of the cultural creative industry competitiveness of Hunan province. this chapter is the key part of this article, firstly it combined and draw lessons from the development of cultural creative industry in Hunan province, built the evaluation index system which affecting the cultural creative industry competitiveness of Hunan province. Then using principal component analysis to study the influence factors of the Hunan culture creative industry competitiveness.Then select relevant annual data of10cities that are more developed in cultural creative industry.Then using factor analysis method to compare the Hunan’s culture creative industry to other nine provinces’. to determine the rankings of Hunan culture creative industry in the national comprehensive competitiveness.Chapter5is the research of corresponding countermeasures of Hunan culture creative industry competitiveness. This chapter is the conclusion part of the full text.lt puts forward the strategy about the development of the cultural creative industries in Hunan province in the future and targeted countermeasures from the macro, meso and micro three aspects.
