Since October 1994,the Australian government proposed the concept of " creative industry " for the first time in the report of “creative nation: Federal cultural policy ",especially the British government set up a special creative industries group in 1997.In 1998 and 2001 they submitted two pieces of the “creative industry road path file ",expounded the connotation of the creative industry,classification and British future economic development strategic role and significance of comprehensive explanation,creative industry gradually becomes the strategic focus of the economic development of countries in the world,and the files contribute to the development of the creative industry to become the Department of the most dynamic and growth potential in the first decade of the 21 st century of the world economy.Therefore,it is necessary for us to analyze the status of the development of creative industries,and understand its influence factors,and put forward the policy recommendations for the creative culture industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of Chinese cultural and creative industry,the scale of creative products trade is large,and the scale of creative service trade is small.Then build the comprehensive competitiveness index between the BRIC countries to compare the level of creative industry international competitiveness,the Chinese creative products trade ranked first,and the competitiveness of creative service trade is weak,but in these years,the rank of creative service trade is from fourth place gradually to third place.Next,the paper selects the influence factors of diamond model to find out the main influencing factors through the gray correlation analysis.The main influence factors of creative products trade are international tourism income,household final consumption expenditure,the labor force participation rate and the average number of years of education,the main influence factors of creative service trade are residents in the final consumption the per capita expenditure,the average number of years of education,the labor force participation rate and the number of R&D personnel.Finally,combine the analysis and comparison of the main factors of international competitiveness and influence factors and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,mainly from the personnel training and introduction,the increase of the creative industry investment recommendations.
