Research On Rural Public Culture Construction In New Countryside Construction

The cultural construction of the new socialist countryside is an important part of building a new socialist countryside, is the effective measures to coordinate the rural material civilization, political civilization and ecological civilization, is to meet the demand, spiritual and cultural life of farmers to protect the rights and interests of farmers, the development of rural cultural undertakings, guarantee and promote the development of rural economy and society. Therefore, it has important realistic meaning and profound historical significance to strengthen the cultural construction of new socialist countryside. In this paper, according to the specific situation of the construction of new rural culture of Yuci District Dongyang town Shanxi Province, on the main characteristics, the present village cultural construction of the basic experience was summarized and refined, and points out the main problems hindering the development of the village culture existed, and aimed at these questions and put forward the corresponding constructive suggestions, aiming to provide useful the reference for the Yuci District Dongyang town and the construction of new rural culture. This part begins with the leadership, organization, rules and regulations, cultural activities and the village construction these five aspects, summarizes the feature of the construction of new rural culture in Dongyang town of Yuci district.The fourth part:the main problems existing in the construction of new rural culture of Dongyang town in Yuci district. The main problems are:multifunctional team generally low quality, cultural management system running sluggish, cultural consumption imbalance, the overall quality of farmers is generally low, the rural traditional culture resources development and protection is not enough.The fifth part:some suggestions on the development of new rural cultural construction in Dongyang town of Yuci district. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:the integration team quality, continuously improve the level of man; improve the management system, the work efficient operation; improve the cultural consumption, activation of the rural cultural market; improve the quality of the peasants, the shaping of modern new peasants; inherit excellent culture, develop rural development; exert the function of government, security culture smoothly.
