Since China’s reform and opening up, with the sustained and rapid developmentof our economy, great changes have taken place in social structure and life state,people’s sense of family, family structure is also changing, the corresponding ethicalso hit. Family divorce rate increase, the lack of filial piety, and family contradictionsfamily ethics anomie phenomenon is increasing. Behind the family ethics anomiephenomenon has its historical reason, social economic and cultural reasons."countriesin home-based" and "family harmony as expensive", as the basic unit society familyinstability will inevitably affect the social stability, family ethics anomie phenomenonhas caused the party and state, and attaches great importance to the academia.Harmony thought is the essence of Chinese traditional culture, is the important sourceof family ethics. Thought of harmony focus on "peace" power, For relationships,inaddition to complying"harmonious but not identical" of the law, while focusing on the"in harmony for a better" in favor of peace and harmony between humanrelationships.Use it to rebuild the family ethics in our country, from the basicrelationship of family set out to build peace and love of husband and wife, parent and,brothers and neighborhood friendly relations, it is of important theoreticalsignificance and practical significance. In this paper, the status of family ethics moralanomie in China has made the preliminary research, and put forward theimplementation measures to solve the problem, mainly through ascension of personalmoral cultivation, strengthening the family start-up education, create a "home andeverything" social public opinion environment and play a role of regulation of lawand morality.
