| The ancient village has a rich history information, records the evolution of Chinese agriculturalcivilization, bear witness to the development of history and culture of our country, the floatingmuseum of society, science and culture,is our precious cultural heritage given by history. However,the cultural heritage protection system and relevant laws and regulations in our country is still notperfect, protection technology and protection measures are inadequate, resulting in some villageshas been damaged to varying degrees in the process of market economy. In twentieth Century80years, the protection of ancient villages began to receive widespread attention, the2011national"NPC and CPPCC", the protection of ancient villages has become an important proposal, thatmake it an important issue of common concern.This paper studied the inheritance and development problems of human settlementsconstruction in Zhaibuchang village, Boai county,Henan province. Zhaibuchang village retain usepart of the street, the courtyard and the building from Ming and Qing Dynasties. In May2013,Zhaibuchang ancient building group was named the seventh batch of national key cultural relicsprotection units. First of all, combined with present situation in Zhaibuchang village, research thehistory of the village, to summarize it as three important stage of historical development, there arethe formation and gradual development stage, peak stage and decline stage.Secondly, studies the present situation the human settlement in Zhaibuchang village, using thetheory of Sciences of human settlements, divided zhaibuchang human settlement into five systems,there are natural system, human system, social system, housing system and support system, basedon field survey for the foundation, and then do further analysis and Research on each system,obtain the factors’ existing state of the village human settlement.Finally, referring to the rehabilitation measures of domestic and foreign ancient village, obtainways of the inheritance and development of human settlements construction in Zhaibuchangvillage. Based on keeping zhaibuchang village whole mechanism, restoration and creation thegreen space system of the village, in order to improve the village natural system; considerphysiological and safety needs as the focus of recent construction of the village, bring the villagersfor social, respect and self realization demand factors simultaneously into the village humansettlement construction plan, construction of new village human system; to develop modernefficient agriculture as the main industry, and at the same time to develop tourism and related cultural industry, handicraft industry, auxiliary to develop goods transported in the transportindustry, that mode of village industry, bring village industry to boom, building the moderncivilized village social system; remedy,repairs, overhaul, renovation, rebuild the village street,building, courtyard, improve the overall village residential system; consider the infrastructureassort with the village construction, historical and cultural protection, industrial development, notonly meet the protection requirements at the present stage, at the same time room for futuredevelopment of village, building a sustainable village support system. |
