Design Of Visual Guide System Of Beidaihe

Beidaihe is one of the first opening coastal tourism cities in China, the conceptis"Culture in City", Political leaders of China work here in summer. Recent years,Beidaihe did its work well in environment effect, But we also have some work to befurther improved,such as City image, make specification of oriented identificationsystems.In this paper, I combined with the history and culture of Beidaihe and History andcurrent situation of the development of urban and foreign visual guidance system, depthstudy of the design principles for designing visual guide to Beidaihe identificationsystem,designed a visually oriented identification system which adapt Beidaihe urbandevelopment and regional characteristics.This paper is divided into six chapters, the chapter1mainly Descriped the reason,purpose, significance of Beidaihe oriented identification systems.Analysis of Beidaiheenvironment, transportation, politics, economy, culture and the arts, etc.And to determinethe necessity of Beidaihe visually oriented identification system.Chapter2discussed thedefinition of the urban vision the guide system from broad and narrow, Investigation andanalysis of the history and research status of the development of urban-orientedidentification system at home and abroad.Determine the scope of urban-orientedidentification systems. And then carried on the analysis and summary on the urban trafficoriented design and urban node, provides a theoretical basis for classification of Beidaihecity node oriented identification system; the chapter3identified three principles indesigning vision oriented identification system of the city, Combination of independenceand common characteristics, function and the principle of art phase with and suitablemedia principle;the chapter4I am investigated and studied the status of Beidaihe guidesystem, and I found the Beidaihe vision guidance system lack of personality currently,Public-oriented graphics confusion, traffic signs confusion and lack of traffic guide signsreadability and clarity. The chapter5determine the urban-oriented identification systemdesign elements and design process with the help of make a useful design principle,thehistory and culture of the city, geographical features, urban development planning which determine the design elements and flow of urban oriented identification system, on themaking and implementation process, the choice of location and material link should payattention to the problem, has carried on the investigation and the analysis; Chapter6divided he Beidaihe visually oriented identification system into two parts (basic part andapplication part), basic part including Beidaihe logo, standard word, common graphics,pointing to the type symbol, standard color and auxiliary color, application part accordingto the urban nodes are divided into three levels, and should design the guide carrier formsby levels.
