Gao Weijie professor, as one of the important composer of contemporary music, hehas contributions for the development of art song in china. In terms of art song creation inChina, not only retained the Western parallel key system modulation of traditionaltechniques and using personalized natural creation techniques, Taking triad structure tonaturally and using diversify alternate mode. eventually create Chinese art songcompositions that expressed high artistic expression power.Art song is Gao weijie’ part.The Yuan Dynasty Art Song is part song cycle frauenliebe und Leben of Gao weijie wascompleted in2012,both from the perspective of creative techniques, also from the perspective of singers singing,the Yuan Dynasty Art Song is an excellent piece of work.The Yuan Dynasty Art Song(three songs) is a typical Chinese art song compositionby Gao Weijie professor, this composition has included3bel canto and1waitz. Accordingto analysis the harmonic of the composition,the application of natural triad (the applicationof Additional chord and augmented sixth chord),taking triad to naturally (taking functionalharmony to natural style) and perfect integration for characteristics of art and the lyricsand artistic features.To research and discusses the artistic features for application ofharmony, trying to reveal the art performance function and art connotation of harmony inthis composition by Gao Weijie professor.The emergence of this work reflects thesuccessful combination of Chinese natural harmonic and western parallel key harmonic.Further, it gives new insights into creating the combination of traditional Chinese literature(The Yuan Dynasty) and modern music.
