The Analysis Of Ecological Ethics In The "Shihuo Zhi"

Nowadays, the real challenge we’re facing with is not the financial crisis, the budget deficit,hunger, disease or war, but is how to save the deteriorating living conditions and to achieveharmonic coexistence between human beings and nature. In the process of seeking to solve theecological crisis, we can find that, the ancient Chinese civilization has already provided a wealthof wisdom, research results that demonstrate the relationship between human beings and nature inthe Chinese philosophy has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign scholars. In theprocess of analyzing ancient ecological ethics, what kind of ecological philosophy world has itdemonstrated exactly? The paper focuses on the “Shihuo Zhi” in the Twenty-Four Histories,making a deep analysis of the ancient Chinese‘s ecological ethics thought in the agriculturalproduction and economic.The analysis of ecological thinking in the “Shihuo Zhi”, firstly, aims to focus on the contentof the article, and expand the discussion from four dimensions---ecological ethics, ecologicalprotection, ecological economic, and social ecology, which is the core part of the paper. Secondly,the social practice of ecological thinking in the “Shihuo Zhi” is discussed, from legal law toagricultural production and social life in the ancient Chinese.The ecological thinking in the “Monograph on Food and Currency” not only put forward theview of the harmony between man and nature and the concept of equality of all things from theeco-ethical aspects, but also proposes a harmony with nature and people from the angle ofecological protection. It also encourages to economize for both the agricultural economics policyand social ecological policy. The “Shihuo Zhi” have proposed a ecological ideology of harmonybetween man and nature from the dimensions of ethics, economics and social practice respectively,and have raised a new way of thinking to resolve the issues of today’s ecological crisis for us, thusexploring new ways to solve ecological dilemma.
