Reservoir Ecological Problem And Countermeasure Research

Our country is the largest number of reservoir, distribution of a wide range of countries.Inevitably exist in the process of construction of ecological ethics problem a lot. These problems caused the attention of people, and reflection on the reservoir ecological ethics.Therefore, we must increase the intensity of reservoir ecological ethics problems. Propose solutions to solve the problem of feasible. Improve our country reservoir ecological ethics situation, promoting stability and development of the ecological environment to achieve scientific development.This paper is based on the theory of ecological ethics, ethical theory to solve the water problem, present situation, problem, the ecological ethics of our country reservoir pathway were studied. Methods through field research, literature survey from the reservoir location,construction, management of three aspects of the ethical dilemma of our country in the construction of the reservoir. And from the view of value, ecological consciousness, the traditional concept of development, four aspects of the conflict of interests of the problem of reservoir ecological ethics in China. And put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of ecological ethics in our country according to the genesis of reservoir, mainly includes the following four aspects: the establishment of ecological ethics, strengthen education,aggrandizement responsibility and integrate into the construction and management. Finally, in order to study the ecological ethics problems of Hengshan reservoir in Yixing city as an example, the ecological ethics problem of evidence theory study. I hope that the research can provide some suggestions for the development of ecological ethics in China of the reservoir, to improve the ecological ethics of our country reservoir environment as soon as possible.The final conclusion of this paper is, the problem of reservoir ecological ethics is the result of many aspects, must pass all the subjects including the government, developers, residents of the area, the joint efforts and maintenance can be resolved, only to solve the problem of reservoir ecological ethics, in order to fundamentally improve the environment in the reservoir area of reservoir and the whole ecological system, in order to safeguard stability with the development of our human society.
