Rural Culture Consonstruction Of Newcountryside Constrition Of Socialism A Sample Of Jiahe County In The Southern Of Hunan

The rural cultural construction is the important component of our country socialistcultural construction and the new rural construction. New rural cultural construction cannot only to provide powerful spiritual motivation and intellectual support to build a newsocialist countryside, but also plays an important role in the new rural comprehensivedevelopment. In order to truly understand the situation concerning the construction of newrural culture, this paper take Jiahe, an area in southern Hunan, as the research object. Aftera brief introduction about geographic environment, economy and the status of the farmers’income and traditional folk culture of Jiahe, the paper summed up the currentaccomplishment in the construction of new rural culture of Jiahe. Through thequestionnaire feedback results, the paper points out six aspects of current problems in ruralcultural construction in Jiahe. One, the public cultural infrastructure construction is relativelagging; second, the rural cultural construction team of human resources is lacking; three,the rural public cultural facilities is using low degree; fourth, the rural cultural industrydevelopment is slow; five, the rural cultural construction funds is not enough; six, thefarmer ideas is lag behind. After analyzing the causes of the problem, the concretecountermeasures and suggestions are put forward. One, to increase the rural culturalconstruction capital investment and strengthen the construction of basic facilities; second,to develop rural scientific culture education and improve the cultural quality of the ruralresidents; three, to carry forward the mainstream culture and correctly guide thecontemporary peasant cultural needs; four, strengthen the leadership and cultivate talentsand improve the operational mechanism of rural culture construction.
