The Scope Adverbs And Teaching Design For The Middle Stage In Chinese International Education

Based on huge collection of scope adverbs, I chose "intermediate Chinese course" published by Beijing language and culture university press as my research object. I took the scope adverbs appeared in the book as the core, made a classification for the scope adverbs, trying to comprehend scope adverbs objectively. Meanwhile, I wanted to do a whole design for all scope adverbs in the book and focused on the curriculum design of specific scope adverbs according to my classification. Then, I selected a set of teaching designs of the scope adverbs to do the practice in class, and then, gave advice on the teaching by the feedback.I classified the scope adverbs in the "intermediate Chinese course" into three categories. They are omnibus ones( fanshi, yilv, yigai, wubu, yitong), the unique ones(dan, jing, wei), and limited ones(zhishao, buguo). Based on the classification, I summarized the teaching for the scope adverbs in the book. It consists of four aspects: the principle of the teaching design, the overall objective of teaching, the arrangement of teaching steps and the teaching methods. Then, based on the research I made the summary and the different analysis for the three kinds of scope adverbs in the "intermediate Chinese course", I chose out the typical words to make a detailed teaching design, and applied one set of the designs into the Chinese teaching of ARUEL VLAICU UNIVERSITY intermediate class. I got the feedback and put forward some corresponding teaching Suggestions.In this paper, the whole idea for the scope adverbs teaching and curriculum design is according to the theory of pedagogy, psychology, linguistics theories, and second language acquisition. By setting the understanding and mastering of the scope adverbs as the teaching target, the paper provides reference with the teaching of scope adverbs.
