The Magic Flute is the most beautiful and highest evaluation opera among Mozart’s works, as Mozart in his creation of a collection of classical essence of a German opera. It using diverse singing, according to the needs of the plot, makes all the opera creation forms, which can be used at that time combine into a unified whole. The aria is the most attractive essence part of The Magic Flute, which is the treasure of European music history, also is very good vocal music teaching material, and has inestimable value. This article uses the method of literature research, the method of comparative research, the method of interview method and the method of conclusion.By analyze five arias of the main character’s: I am a Fowler, The Beautiful Portrait,Revenge Flame Burning in My Heart, In This Holy Temple and I Lost All the Happiness,this article can provide accurate system and practical literature and theoretical basis for learner and singer of The Magic Flute.Based on the creation background and opera content of The Magic Flute, combined with the plot development and character, this paper introduces five arias singing scene,characters and music language respectively. Through analyzing the three versions of The Magic Flute commanded by James Levine, Wolfgang Sawallisch and Nikolaus Harnoncourt, this paper compare the same aria’s performance in various versions with different singers, and studies the teaching point noticed in the process of teaching about the five arias, and summarizes common problems and solutions when the college students performing the opera aria.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, namely the introduction, puts forward the background, the purport,the content, the status, the method and the meaning of studying The Magic Flute.The second part, introduces Mozart’s conservative opera, Comic opera and German singing opera respectively, and introduces the opera’s creation background and the synopsis of The Magic Flute.The third part, studying the singing art of five arias in the opera The Magic Flute from two aspects. First of all, respectively analyze Papageno’s aria I am a Fowler,Tamino’s aria The Beautiful Portrait, The queen of night aria Revenge Flame Burning in My Heart, Sarastro’s aria In This Holy Temple and Pamina’s aria I Lost All the Happiness, from scenarios summarized and verses, character analysis and music analysis three dimension. From several deductive version of The Magic Flute pick out three versions the most representative, to analysis five arias of different singing version.The fourth part, by analysis of different singing versions, summarizes the teaching point of five arias respectively, about the second creation principle and the common problems and solutions when the college students performing the opera aria, such as,understanding background of the aria, about the interpretation of the lyrics, breath control, coherent voice, the grasp of the intonation, strength contrast, stage performance,etc.
