In the modern oil painting art, it is easy to find such a phenomenon, no matter from the point of form and content, artists through a direct quote, parody or tamper with the previous artwork to make art, this technique is a very common phenomenon. This kind of phenomenon in the western text theory is called the "intertextuality". "Intertextuality" means any text is the text before it ruins or generated, memory, any text is the absorption and transformation of other text. Thus, the theory of intertextuality emphasizes the mutual referential and connection between two text, and the meaning of the text generation problem.The phenomenon of "intertextuality" in a modern oil painting mainly embodied in the following aspects:the background of the appropriation of the original image, tamper with the main image of the original, parody the original form of composition and reference to the original artistic language, etc. This kind of painting art creation method, has become a contemporary artist idiomatic expression, artists since the 80 s in our country are using this method to create a large number of works of art. Wang Huaxiang master portrait "cosmetic" series, for example, the "transform" painting series of yue minjun, wang anyi "classical" series, especially the "last supper" zeng fanzhi attracted more attention in the society, from this piece of picture, we can see the shadow of the many previous works, works of embezzlement, parody and manipulation technique has been typical in the modern oil painting "intertextuality" narrative.This paper mainly discussed from four parts:the first part of "intertextuality" basic grooming and its phenomenon in contemporary art. Including the concept and connotation of "intertextuality", the time background of "intertextuality" and "intertextuality" is mainly embodied in modern oil painting form, the paper summarizes the "intertextuality" in the current situation of the development of contemporary art. The second part, by zeng fanzhi’s "last supper" case specific analysis of the works of "intertextuality" dominant rendering. With leonardo Da Vinci’s the last supper, Russia’s political pop art, Chinese traditional culture symbols, western modern and contemporary art and so on four aspects to analyze the works of zeng fanzhi’s last supper in the phenomenon of "intertextuality". The third part, from the misappropriation of both, deconstruction of rebirth, mix unified the three kinds of expression, to explore the works of zeng fanzhi "intertextuality" is invisible, and "intertextuality" in oil painting creation brings to the art of expression. The fourth part, through the analysis of the contemporary oil painting in the phenomenon of "intertextuality" reflect on contemporary art:the value of the classic work in contemporary society certainly again; From the perspective of "intertextuality" to re-examine contemporary art originality; To the author’s oil painting bring enlightenment. The conclusion of the full text made some summary, from the perspective of intertextuality to think and judge the value of these works of art.
