Topics on morality have always been being pretty hot, especially moral decliningin recent years, all these are worth thinking. A great deal of study use the way ofapplying the prosocial behavior to measure the moral behavior. Prosocial behaviorrefers to all the behaviors that conform to the social expectations and are good toothers. Researches on the relationships between the prosocial behavior are quite a lot.However, in the influencing factors, results of the relationships between moraljudgment ability on the prosocial behavior are different. Moral emotion can affect theprosocial behavior, moreover, the social support has certain influence on it, but peopledo not take the positive personality traits that proactive personality as the moderatedvariable to study the relationship among them three. The purpose of this study is thatin the background of this complex environment, to explore the relationship betweencollege students’ moral judgment ability, moral emotion, social support and prosocialbehavior, as well as an important factor affecting the relationship between the twofaced each other moral issues in China: proactive personality.In the study, 360 college students from Hebei Normal University, ShijiazhuangUniversity Of Economics and Shijiazhuang Tiedao University were tested using theProactive personality Scale, the Chinese Version of the Moral Judgment Test, MoralEmotion Questionnaire, Social Support Revalued Scale and Prosocial TendenciesMeasure. The aim of the study is to investigate the present situation of collegestudents’ moral judgment ability, interpersonal trust and prosocial behavior, and todiscuss the relationship among the three variables. The purpose of the interview wasto study the realistic state of proactive personality, moral judgment, moral emotionand social support and prosocial behavior and analyse the moderating action ofproactive personality on moral judgment ability, moral emotion and social support andprosocial behavior. The data was analyzed by applying SPSS16.0. The statisticalmethods used include analysis of variance, correlation analysis, hierarchicalregression analysis, etc. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Generally, college students’ proactive personality is at a pretty high level, andthe score of the only child is lower than that of non-only child.(2) Apart from the open orientation, college students’ prosocial behavior is at apretty high level, gender and grade have significant interaction on prosocial behavior(F(3, 332)=2.882, p<0.05), and the freshwomen’s score higher than freshmen’sscored(p=0.055).(3) The moral judgment ability of college student is at middle level. Major andgrade have significant interaction on it(F(3,332)=3.156, p<0.05). Freshman and juniorprofessional science scores were significantly higher than liberal arts majorsscore(p=0.053; p=0.017), Sophomore liberal arts majors scored significantly higherscores science majors(p=0.004).(4) The moral emotion of college student is at a high level, and it has nosignificant differences in gender, grade, discipline, living place and only child or not.(5) The social support of college student is at middle to high level, and it hassignificant difference in major(F(1,332)=4.026, p<0.05), what’s more, students in liberalarts departments is higher than those in science departments.(6) The moderating action of proactive personality in the effect of moraljudgment ability on the prosocial behavior and sub-dimensions are not significant.(7) The moderating action of proactive personality in the effect of moralemotions on the prosocial behavior is significant(p=0.012), Proactive Personalitylower its regulatory role is more obvious relationship; And also include altruistictendencies and emotional tendencies(p=0.030; p=0.024).(8) The moderating action of proactive personality in the effect of social supporton the prosocial behavior is significant(p=0.014), Proactive Personality lower itsregulatory role is more obvious relationship; And also include altruistic tendenciesand emergency tendencies are significant(p=0.019; p=0.054).
