The third volume of the Qin Bamboo Slips collected by Yuelu Academy is the precious Qin bamboo slips bought and collected by Yuelu Academy of Hunan University. The bamboo, wooden slips to Qin political era of judicial documents as the main content. The third volume of the Qin Bamboo Slips collected by Yuelu Academy, which was published in October in 2013, aroused a heated discussion and brought a great impact in kinds of fields, especially in the research of the philology.Until to now, there were no articles about its collection of characters. This paper cut and collected of the third volume of the Qin Bamboo Slips collected by Yuelu Academy, then organized and filed it into layout.This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is the preface of this thesis. In this part mainly introduced the summary of study on the third volume of the Qin Bamboo Slips collected by Yuelu Academy, which have been published. The second part is the layout the third volume of the Qin Bamboo Slips collected by Yuelu Academy. This part includes introduction, main body and the additional layout. The main body is divided into fourteen parts by Shuowenjiezi and the additional layout contains Hewen, Incompletion, Uncertain words and Marks. The last part is addendum, which consists of citation index, the explanation to the third volume of the Qin Bamboo Slips collected by Yuelu Academy and the reference documentation.
