Known as one of the most nominated Animated movie director in this day and age, Miyazaki Hayao’s works draw worldwide attention by its artistic accomplishment. Over the past decade, his works’ literature theme have been paid great attention by literature researchers from home and aboard, which also been popular with a vast number of people in different culture for its contemporary criticism. It is concise as well as profound. We suppose to make further discussion and research in his works’ literariness. Especially how Miyazaki Hayao built the intertextuality system in a serious animation.Miyazaki Hayao’s nine representative works narrated three important literate realm: seeking, freedom and growth. Theme "flying" divided into grand and persona. The first part "seeking" may be divided into two types. Characters come from the team A searched for things for their tribe’s need.
