It uses econometric model to analysis China’s trade and ODI. Through comparing the prediction from these economic model with China’s real economic activity with the mentioned countries, making qualitative analysis on the large infrastructure construction undertaken by China, this economic report comes to a conclusion that China’s increased trade and investment in South Asia is out of normal economic interest.
