A Translation Project Report Of Financial Engineering Of Climate Investment In Developing Countries By S?ren E. Lütken(Chapters 1 And 2)

This translation project is composed of two chapters. In the first part, Chapters 1 and 2, “Introduction” and “Climate change and nationally appropriate mitigation action” of “Financial Engineering of Climate Investment in Developing Countries”, which is a publication of Anthem Press under the Environment and Sustainability book publishing program, are translated into Chinese. In the second part, a translation report is written based on the translation process.The translation project report consists of four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the translation project, including background, purpose, significance and structure of the report. The second chapter covers an introduction of the origin, main content and analysis of the source text. In the third chapter, Difficulties met in Translation, like the translation of long sentences; and Translation Methods, methods like addition and subtraction; preparations done and translation skills adopted are presented in light of the functional equivalence theory. The forth chapter concludes enlightenments, lessons and unsolved problems in the translation process.
