Effect Of The Implementation Of Conservation Planning Of Historical And Cultural Village Evaluation

This study focuses on evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of conservation planning of historical and cultural villages, including the selection of the assessment elements and assessment methods. Through setting a evaluation index system of implementation effect of the conservation planning of historical and cultural Village to promote the implementation of conservation planning. According to the "The historical and Cultural City Town Village Protection Ordinance" and "The historical and cultural city town village protection planning approach"(for Trial Implementation), proposed a framework of evaluation of the effect of the implementation of the protection planning, setting a evaluation index system of implementation effect of the conservation planning of historical and cultural Village. In the end, it does empirical research into protection of planning evaluation, taking historical and cultural villages of Hebei Province as example.This article analysis from the following five parts:Chapter One: mainly analysis the background of the research, defines the topics and contents of papers, as well as select appropriate research methods and technology path.Chapter Two: defines the concepts and summarizes the existing research of both domestic and foreign, Deduce the implementation effect evaluation of historical and cultural village conservation planning implications.Chapter Three:defines of relevant concepts,construct the research framework, establish evaluation index system, and calculate the index weight. Research on the standard score, calculation on evaluation results,and the grading of evaluation results.Chapter Four: empirical study. take Yingtan history and culture village as an example, evaluate the implementation effect of protection planning, and summarize main problems about the Yingtan history and Culture Village in the implementation of conservation planning process.
