The cultural demonstration village beneficial for people is a project of public cultural service innovation first initiated in Yunnan.However,different parties including government,society and the masses usually hold different opinions on the performance of this type of cultural demonstration village.In this paper,through a comprehensive summary and thorough analysis of the present practice and index system applied in the project performance evaluation,we expose problems existed in present evaluation system such as a lack of diversity in composition of evaluators,incomplete mechanism,unreasonable structure and untruthful evaluation results and so on,and in the end provide solutions for above problems and come out with a comprehensive performance management evaluation system in line with the original purpose of the cultural project to entertain,educate and enrich the people. |
