| Jia Yi was the famous official during the period of the Emperor Han Wendi, he was well known as Politician,litterateur and ideologist. His idea was very profound and involved a wide range,which come down to the politics,economy,culture,education, ethnic relationship,philosophy and so on,so that he not only played an important role in the politics of Han Dynasty, but also had a far-reaching influence. Jia Yi lived in the special situation in the Han Dynasty,which suffering the change of society,situation and rule policy of the country. The majority of people believed that it was a millenarianism,but he had an insight to the contradictions existing in society presciently,and planned a series of measures to reverse the situation. Jia Yi deemed that there will be a unbearable consequence if they didn’t take measures,so he tried to write to the Emperor,but his suggestion was not adopted.Jia Yi’s political career is unsatisfactory, the later generations always mentioned him in the same breath with Qu Yuan.Actually it proved that a series of Jia Yi’s ideas were not really practiced during his lifetime. However,some of Jia Yi’s important suggestions were practiced into policy during the period of the Emperor Han Wudi.We can see the different encounter of Jia Yi between the Emperor Wen and Wu. What’s the reason?Maybe we should discuss the adoption and degree of implementation of Jia Yi’s idea from the three aspects of political, economic, ethnic relationship,then summed up the reason of different experience. |
