Children’s development evaluation takes different approaches to assessment the different areas of child development. The purpose is to know whether the current development level of children reach normal level, discover the developmental problems and disadvantageous factors, provide series of guidance for children’s development. Social adaptation ability mainly refers the individual’s adaptation ability for the surrounding natural environment of someone survival and the social needs. Childhood is important period for children to ready for adapting society in the future. The 0 to 3 years old children’s social adaption behavior development evaluation questionnaire compiled in this study. It can help parents understand the development of children, help and guide the healthy development of children’s good social adaptation.This study developed the 0 to 3 years old children’s social adaption behavior development evaluation questionnaire. First, Consult a large number of data; on the basis of understanding a large number of theories, children’s social adaptive behavior can be divided into two dimensions, a total of eight factors. Based on their physical and mental development characteristics,0 to 3 years old children can be divided into 20 ages. Then by observing and interview research, based on consulting experts, early education teachers and 0 to 3 years old children’s parents, the researcher complete predict questionnaire of 0 to 3 years old children’s social adaption behavior. Based on expert evaluation and statistical analysis for questionnaire, the researcher completes the formal questionnaire of the 0 to 3 years old children adapt to social development evaluation questionnaire. As a questionnaire answered by caregivers, clear the design complete the questionnaire, and involved 93 projects. In the process of compiling the 366 people, two subjects can be drawn from each age group for the inspection of the measuring reliability. The relevant statistical analysis method of questionnaire was compiled by spssl7.0 software.This research concluded the following results:(1) 0 to 3 years old children’s social adaption will be divided into two dimensions, Life self-care ability and Behavior ability to relate to people. Life self-care ability, including diet, sleep, urine, clothing, health five aspects; Behavior ability to relate to people, including the ability to relate to raising people, and peer interaction and behavior ability to relate to people around you.(2) The study compiled 0 to 3 years old children’s social adaptation behavior development evaluation questionnaire, a total of 20 age section, and 93 projects. Eventually, form the questionnaire in each age group of each project has a good degree of differentiation, and can effectively identify the development level of children’s social adaptive behavior. Reliability and validity of the questionnaire all reached the standard of statistical tests, also has a good effectiveness, credibility. The questionnaire can be used as a measurement tool of 0 to 3 years old children’s social adaptive behavior development evaluation.(3) The test results show that 30-33-month-old male child social adaptation behavior was significantly higher than female children (P<0.05), and, the remaining stages of age difference was not significantly different.The study concluded:the frame structure of the social adaption behavior is rational;The social adaptive behavior Development Evaluation Questionnaire of 0-3 years old was required to meet the standards;30-33 month-old boy development level of social adaptation higher than gile.
