Research On The Leisure Literature Of Sanqu In Yuan Dynasty

As a generation of literature,Sanqu is the main verse style of the Yuan Dynasty Poetry. It’s a form of which is different from the traditional Literature style of Tang Shi, and Sung phrase…etc. It’s a popular literature which is widely accepted. Sanqu expresses the custom and the folk,loving with bitterness and the motion of living in seclusion. Due to the Mongolian ruler attach importance to the force and despise intelligentsia, the status of literati is very low, even worse than prostitute. A good scholar can become an official do not achieve. They shift away from the politics, to follow their inner child. Some live in the marketplace brothel, some enjoy the beauties of nature. These provide a new angle of view for us to study the Sanqu.This text will take 《 The whole volumes of Yuan Dynasty Sanqu 》 of Sir Sui Shu Sen’s as a foundation, assorts the works about the Sanqu as the reading the text,and combine leisure theory to discuss the leisure literature. This text is totally divided into four fractions to discuss. The first fraction generalizes the literature on leisure.To explain the word leisure and leisure literature. Then show the characteristics of leisure literature. The definition and category of leisure of Yuan Sanqu. The second part discusses the background of Sanqu in Yuan Dynasty. First, ideas of all the times will be talked. Then the background of Sanqu will be talked. There will be four parts,For example, politic, economy, culture and ideology. The third fraction will be five parts, includes the celebration of prostitute, travel notes, time, court solitude and other five parts of Sanqu. The celebration of prostitute includes the donate song to prostitute,praise prostitute and deride prostitute; the travel notes includes scene description and the lyric scene; the time includes the month, season and the festival. The forth fraction is the motion of living in seclusion. Some retired to the city, others retired to the country. Although different styles of living, they have the same freedom in affection.The rest is travel singing thing, and entertainment. The forth fraction posts the leisure culture of Sanqu with analysis in depth, and combines theory about leisure culture.
