The history of the England park can be traced back to the Anglo-Saxon period, since then there have been special hunting grounds. At the early 12 th century, park acted as a kind of landscapes has been of large amounts in the grounds. With the gradual development from 12 th to 15 th century, the park has become of one the most important part of the noble’s life and merges with the social development. Now that the park’s position is so important, then what is the process of the park? What are the functions and features of the park? What’s the social influence of the existence of the park? These are the problems need to be studied in this paper.12th to 15 th century is an important period in the development history of the park. In the meantime, with the deeper understanding of the park’s connotation, nobles pay more attention to it and treat it as an important symbol of the noble status. Through managing on the park, nobles show their the personal authority. In fact, except hunting in the park, it can also provides some rich natural resources, which can meet the aristocrat’s daily production and life needs, and through designing the natural scenery of the park, it can become an ornament of living environment. However, the establishment of parks make large areas of land occupied, make roads blocked, make settlement migrated, and hinder the development of rural districts. To a certain extent, the park disrupted society’s normal order, resulted in the long-term struggle between these two classes-farmers and nobles, for their respective interests on the park.
