A Transitory Folk Chinese Folk Art Forms-Jilin Qinshu Study

Multiculturalism is an academic ideological trend started in American in recent decades, which affirmed the diversity of the world culture. It believes that cultural transformation will speed up in the more and more developed today’s human society. At the same time it will also bring new opportunities and challenges for the development of all kinds of cultures. Since the reform and opening up, more and more foreign culture is accepted by us, but the traditional culture of our country is facing great development difficulties. Under the impact of the multicultural tide, the traditional culture has accepted the severe test. In music, traditional opera and folk art are facing the problems of reform and development. In such a development, some music art transformed rapidly and seized the new opportunity for development, while the reform of some other music art is unsatisfactory. On the one hand, it is the consciousness problem of art heritage in the reform process, on the other hand, the more important aspect is the art of their own problems, whether they can adapt to the new era, whether there is the space of the further reform development and so on. Jilin Qinshu is newly established sort of quyi in Jilin Province in 1958. The generation, development and decline of Jilin Qinshu have close relationship with the history of that time and the political tide. It is a special representative of the development of China quyi under the multicultural background. In this paper, through the research of Jilin Qinshu, I explored deeply into the cause of the vitality of the short span of 30 years of it, in an attempt to explore the fundamental motive force that influence the development of Arts and Culture-- natural selection, put forward that political policy in the process of the development of art is not the dominant position but to guide recommendations to arts and culture to rationalize the normative role of the development.In the first chapter, the development venation of Jilin Qinshu was elaborated from the emergence, development and decline of it; In the second chapter, the artistic features of Jilin Qinshu were analyzed from the four aspects: the melody, structure, performance and song lyrics; the third chapter explored the cause that restricted the development of Jsilin Qinshu. The artistic features are not distinctive, the creative team is not perfect, and the inheritance and propagation met problems. Finally the study put forward the theories "Natural selection of culture and art “and "The guidance development of artistic and cultural".
