The study object of this thesis is Italy composer Verdi’s opera《Rigoletto》 in Figure Rigoletto, specific main research figure Rigoletto characters and its musical characteristics. Through the study of this opera, the creative process and creative hand can help us more in-depth understanding of the composer Verdi’s music style; on the other hand, is through the study of the social background at that time, and at the time of the cultural and artistic environment, let us more real understanding and interpretation of the opera《Rigoletto》 the figure Rigoletto. The image of music and his opera have a deeper understanding of. This thesis falls into three chapters to start on. The first chapter mainly discusses the close relationship between the opera 《Rigoletto"》 and the opera 《the original script King joy》, and 《Rigoletto》 process from the creation to the last successful performance. The second chapter is mainly about Verdi giving figure Rigoletto artistic thoughts, first Rigoletto is dramatic conflict protagonist and Rigoletto and Gilda father and daughter of love. The third chapter is mainly to study his image of music through the analysis of the main aria Rigoletto. This paper through the analysis of specific Rigoletto two arias, first can clearly know his music image, but also help us to detect from the music composer Verdi is how to describe the inner world of Rigoletto through music means and the change in his mood.
