Academic procrastination is that the learners who is clear to learning tasks have postponed or delayed the learning tasks, which leads to the learning tasks unfinished, followed by the emotional discomfort trouble. The author have researched 277 students of inner Mongolia normal university by Academic Procrastination Scale, Youngsters’ Time Management Disposition Scale and Academic Self-Efficacy Scale, which argue about the relationship between time management disposition, academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination. And do statistical analysis with the date collection by SPSS 17.0.(1)The postgraduates’ academic procrastination level is not high, most of them belonged to the medium level. There is no significant difference of academic procrastination level between different gender students, but there is remarkable difference in the nation and the grade and the type factor.(2) The postgraduates’ level of time management disposition was high, there is no significant difference in different gender and grade. In the dimension of time monitoring and the time efficacy sense, The postgraduates from Han nationality and Mongolia nationality exist significant difference.(3) Postgraduates’ sense of academic self-efficacy is high, there is no significant difference by gender, nationality and grade factors.(4) The postgraduates’ academic procrastination was negatively correlated with the sub dimensions of time management tendency: time monitoring and the sense of time efficacy, And it was not related to the sense of time value dimensions. The postgraduates’ academic procrastination was significantly negative correlation to the whole score of the sense of academic self-efficacy and its various dimensions. The postgraduates’ time management disposition was positively remarkable correlated with the score of self-efficacy and its each dimension.(5)Time-efficiency and self-efficacy has significant negative direct effect on academic procrastination.(6) The academic self-efficacy has no moderation effect on the relationship between time management and academic procrastination. But it’s mediation effect was remarkable.The conclusion of this study is as follow : the sense of time efficiency in time management disposition has an obvious negatively predictable to academic procrastination. Study ability self-efficacy of academic self-efficacy factor significantly positive predicted academic procrastination.
