Junior high school students are at the key turning point in their lives.They are sensiti ve to interpersonal relationships,high self-awareness,high self-evaluation,pursuit and lon ging for a happy life,but they are frustrated because their mentality is not mature enough.At present,a very important topic is how to help junior high school students adjust their mentality in learning and life to help them grow up healthy and happy.Based on the above research background,this paper chooses the relationship between interpersonal communication,core self-evaluation and subjective well-being as the main research topic.This study uses the method of questionnaire survey,using the "Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale" compiled by Professor Zheng Richang,The "core self-evaluation scale" compiled by Judge et al.and the "subjective subjective well-being scale" compiled by Zhang Xinggui et al.were used as research tools to investigate 356 junior high school students in a key middle school in Liaocheng City,using AMOS24.0and SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software,using t test,F test,correlation analysis and other statistical methods to explore the relationship between interpersonal communication,core self-evaluation and subjective well-being of junior high school students,analyze the interpersonal relationship of junior high school students,core self-evaluation and subjective happiness The impact of feelings,and put forward effective educational advice to improve the subjective well-being of junior high school students.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)The interpersonal relationship of junior high school students is generally at the upper-middle level,and there is a significant gender difference in the dimension of heterosexual friends in interpersonal relationships.This dimension of interpersonal aspects has significant differences in family structure.(2)The core self-evaluation of junior high school students is generally at the upper-middle level,and there is no significant difference in gender,grade,family structure,family source and class cadres.(3)The subjective well-being of junior high school students is generally at the upper-middle level.There is a significant difference in the subjective well-being of junior high school students in the class cadres.Subjective well-being has significant grade differences in the dimension of academic satisfaction,and the dimension of free satisfaction is significantly different in family sources.(4)There is a very significant relationship between junior high school students' interpersonal communication,core self-evaluation and subjective well-being.(5)Core self-evaluation plays a part in mediating between junior high school students' interpersonal communication and subjective well-being.It shows that interpersonal communication of junior high school students can directly promote the development of subjective well-being,and can also promote the development of subjective well-being indirectly through the mediation of core self-evaluation.
