In the world of human language, abusive language is a special existence. It is regarded as unclean, indecent language, but it has its own existence on the basis of literature, logic, historical and cultural value and aesthetic meaning. The researchers study the Chinese abusive language through different forms, such as abusive language dictionary, specialized books, academic papers, newspapers and network gossip articles, and other forms of research. This part will define the meaning of swear firstly, and express research situation of abusive language. The part will also include the significance of the subject.The second part is the description of abusive language in Marriage Destinies to Awake the World. The thesis study the characteristic of abusive language in two different ways, the swear words and swear language. Firstly the thesis starts from language level to study the survey and the main features of swear words, at the same time the thesis also sorts the swear words according to the semantics. So we can view the abundant species, the characteristics of different forms, plentiful semantics of the swear words. Secondly the thesis will start from speech level to analysis the special structure, the methods of rhetorical and style of swear language. So we get the distinctive features of swear in Marriage Destinies to Awake the World.The third part is the study of cultural survey about Marriage Destinies to Awake the World. We can view the sense of human, hierarchical, survival and so on in Chinese culture. We also can view the sense of gentlewoman and the aesthetic ideal aboutChinese culture from swear language.The fourth part illustrates the close relationship between literary creation and abusive language. The abusive language in the novel has an important role in reflecting the social reality, creating characters and highlighting female consciousness, it is a tremendous part in literary creation.
