"The laws of beauty", mentioned in Karl Marx’s Economic and Philosophy Manuscripts of 1844, was usually accredited to the laws of "beauty" itself or the academic illumination of "beauty" in the traditional epistemological theory. Because of the "Law" was considered as the objective existence which was independent of human beings in the "subjective-objective-separated" horizon, "the laws of beauty" was also thought of "not transferring by human being’s will".This article was trying to make an inquiry into "the laws of beauty" and its theory horizon:"The laws of beauty" is the relationship which forged by man in the perceptual objective activity and the natural world. Firstly, analyzed the humanization of logos and law on the investigation of etymology; they generated and developed in human’s practice. Then, from the Manuscript, considering "the laws of beauty" was the description of human’s existing condition on the ontological meaning, and the relation between human and the nature developed in the perceptual objective activity. It is practical, aesthetic, and generative; it also has its universality and particularity: the universal relation between human and the nature, the particular expression of every individual in the practice."The laws of beauty" was oppressed and restricted in the increasingly alienated modern society, but at the same time, prompting the historical direction of Man-returning to the free conscious way of existing. In the creation of the modern art, "the laws of beauty" was playing a role in a particular way. The tendency of traditional art deconstructed by the modern is more and more obvious; it is the expression of the perceptual objectification relationship of human and the world’s losing. And this expression points out the existence of "the laws of beauty".Firstly, this article investigated the "law" from the etymology. "Law" originated from "Logos". In the usual understanding, Logos was idea, reason, etc. From the practical philosopher’s point of view, Logos was the relation between man and the truth, the provision of the existence of human in the world. The Law was developed in the practice, and couldn’t leave without human being. Even if the laws of nature, increasingly became the laws of humanized nature. The laws of nature’s proposition transcended the traditional metaphysics, and it’s the description of man’s existence state on the meaning of ontology.Secondly, I investigated the laws of beauty’s ontology meaning from the Manuscript’s text. Marx saw man’s perception and passion not only as on the narrower meaning of anthropology, but on the ontology. The "ontology" here was different from the traditional:it focused on the relationship between man and the object in the practice, but not the abstract essence. "The laws of beauty" is the relation between man and the nature. It is practical and aesthetical.The third part was focusing on the generative of "the laws of beauty". Because of it was the relation between man and the nature, but not the absolute truth of beauty from epistemological meaning, developing in man’s practice; it was generative, but not fixed. The laws of beauty generated in the history and present, and it expressed through everybody.Lastly, it mainly investigated into the expression of the laws of beauty in the modern world. Due to the degree of the alienation deepened, the existing way of the perception was losing day by day, man was becoming the man of technology, the laws of beauty was losing its role in the modern society. But it did not mean that the laws of beauty disappeared. It was always in the past and future history, and just hided now. The suppression itself was the inevitable history of the industry-originated from the perceptual activity, reverting to the full development of man.Economic and Philosophy Manuscripts of 1844 interpreted the man’s historicity and practicality on the meaning of ontology:the man’s existence was the existence of the relation with the nature in the perceptional way. The laws of beauty was the description of this relation and it had the historicity and generative, playing its own role in the modern time.
