In order to explore the current situation, the overall characteristics and the impact factors of social adaptation of migrant children, three studies are designed from explicit and implicit level: Based on measurement of personal strenths at home and aborad, combining with the characteristics of China’s cultural background and an open-ended questionnaire survey and case interviews, study one is to revise the scale of foreign "Personal Strenths" scale and the reliability and validity of the scale is higher. Study two used the revised "Personal Strenths" scale, "Children’s Social Adjustment Scale", "Interpersonal Trust Scale" as tools, 641 students from three junior high schools in Fujian province are investgated to explore the relationship between social adaptation,personal strenths and interpersonal trust. Study three is to explore the implicit effect of migrant children interpersonal trust, and to explore the relationship between implicit interpersonal trust and their social adaptation. The results of this study are as follows:(1) Revised "Personal Positive Qualities Scale" includes five dimensions :social skills,goal setting, emotional management, emotional awareness, empathy. The scale is reliable and valid and the index of fit is good.(2) Social adaptation, interpersonal trust and personal strenths of migrant children has its own characteristics, family economic status of migrant children are significant differences in in social adaptation,personal strenths. Social adaptation and personal strenths of migrant children and non-migrant children are significant differences(3) There was significantly positive correlation between social adaptation, interpersonal trust and personal strenths of migrant children. Interpersonal trust and personal strenths of migrant children have a certain predictive power to social adaptation. Personal strenths plays some role in the mediation the relationship of between interpersonal trust and social adaptation.(4) The implicit effect of interpersonal trust is significant. There is significantly positive correlation between implicit interpersonal trust and social adaptation.
