With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,China has gradually transformed itself from a traditional society into a modern society, and the scale of social mobility has become larger and larger. In large-scale population movements, more and more children follow their parents to study and live in the city.Unfamiliar environment has brought great challenges to their adaptation and development. How to improve the level of social adaptation of migrant children has become a focus of current research by psychological workers.Social support and psychological resilience as internal and external factors to protect the physical and mental development of migrant children are of great significance to the social adaptation of migrant children.Negative emotions such as anxiety and depression may negatively affect the social adaptation of migrant children.Based on this,Study 1 and Study 2 adopt the Social Support Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale,Children's Social Adaptation Scale,Spielberg's State Anxiety Scale, and the Discharge Center's Simplified Depression Scale to select three farmers from Shijiazhuang A survey of 933 migrant children from middle school students was conducted using a method of correlation analysis, analysis of variance, and structural equation modeling to explore the different roles played by psychological resilience and anxiety and depression in the social support of migrant children's social support. In the third study,62 mobile children in the first and second parallel classes were selected as the study object.Using a 2 × 2 mixed design,30 mobile children in the experimental group were exercised for eight weeks, three times a week, and 30 minutes of exercise each time.No intervention was performed on 32 children of the control group.Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to evaluate the effect of the experiment. The study found:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between social support and social adaptation. The social support of migrant children has a positive predictive effect on social adaptation;there is a significant positive correlation between mental elasticity and social adaptation, and the psychological flexibility of migrant children has their social adaptation. The positive predictive role;psychological resilience plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of social support on social adaptation.(2)The migrant children's anxiety was significantly negatively correlated with social support, psychological flexibility, and social adaptation. There was a significant negative correlation between the migrant children's depression and social support, psychological flexibility, and social adaptation. Both anxiety and depression play a regulatory role in the relationship between social support, psychological flexibility and social adaptation.Specifically, anxiety and depression play a regulatory role in the influence of social support on mental elasticity in the mediation model.(3)Exercise training has a significant effect on improving the anxiety and depressive mood of migrant children;exercise training has a significant role in improving the psychic elasticity of migrant children.
