The Research Of Book Design In The Current Situation And Development Of The New Media Environment

With the continuous development of society, in order to adapt to each different social environments, books constantly change their form and content. Information technology is now increasingly high rate of dissemination, reading becomes more diversified forms, and readers can get informations from a single way to multi-dimensional acquisition mode. The new media environment brings a new challenge for the book design and the book industry.This paper will use the new media environment as a research background, analyse the current siruation of the book design and the industry. Then, combined the advantages of the books with the new media environment to explore future trends in book design. In this paper, the author use the research methods literature research, case analysis and practical operation to analyse the development of a statement of books. Firstly, recalling the origin and development of the books, review books from the content development process, layout, binding and technology; Secondly, analyse the new media environment for the cause of book industry, the impact and influence of design; Thirdly, use the case analysis, case analysis of the reading experience from the perspective of the overall design of the new direction of the book, and to practice the theoretical results to confirms the operation.Finally, propose a new outlook for the modern book design. In this paper, the literature review, case analysis, description of the phenomenon, practice and other research methods. Summarizes the theory and practice of achievement.
