Concept can dominate choose. Based on the inner perception, people make the choice. Especially in this era of globalization, facing the respective interest demand, all countries are in the search for new development opportunity. No matter what kind of motivation, in all, its aim is to obtain a certain position in the area or even in the world.Among the five countries in East Asia, Japan has been in the lead in the capitalist development. Intertwined with the new interests demand and history traces, Japan changes her claims in the face of new opportunities constantly. Japan put forward the early so-called "big east Asia circle" to the subsequent "east Asian community", and the two words actually related with the Japan’ interests and its attitude to East Asia. Through to the Japanese East Asia view of history, the author finds that the essence of the Japanese in east Asia that really just in the pursuit of their own interests.In recent years, the European Union in the political and economic success shows that the union of countries and areas of the normal communication is practical and feasible. But the "east Asian community" initiated by Japanese government is not completely focused on other countries in East Asia. Japan just wanted to find an opportunity as its strength decreasing. Moreover, due to Japan has been enemy in their history with other east Asian countries, such as China, north Korea and South Korea, this leads to Japanese could not better out own position. Therefore, in understanding all historical aspects of East Asia, we mainly focus on Japan in East Asia as his strength rise and fall of claims to the implementation of the other purpose behind.Marxist proposed that the economic basis determined superstructure. The idea and concept are completely suitable for us to study the East Asia history of Japanese. Based on this concept, this study of Japan will focus mainly on the overall planning of the Japanese interests, in the history of each stage. Japan’s constant pursuit of his leadership and East Asia dominant position is the focal point of policy proposals.
