Research On Training And Development And Innovation Of Ji’nan Children’s Sports Dance

Dance sport was introduced into China for nearly30years of history, in the1980sto2000have great progress, but progress is slow. In order to better understand thesituation of sports dance development of jinan, we study, from the perspective of thechildren’s sports dance training. Jinan children’s sports dance learning number increasesyear by year, but the overall achievements are not so good. Part of the current domesticexisting sports dance development faster studied the project region, cities such asBeijing, guangzhou, shanxi, hunan, but in jinan city was not through the investigationon the project. Based on the development process of jinan children’s sports danceproject investigation, selected the jinan children’s sports dance development of moreadvanced six urban areas, and twelve, twelve schools outside the training organizationinvestigation, a questionnaire for568,in order to understand the development ofchildren’s sports dance in jinan and put forward constructive Suggestions for thedevelopment of the sports dance of children, and promote its development better andfaster. At present, Jinan City, juvenile sports dance number increases year by year, but theachievements are not relative to.2. Reasons to affect the development of the teachers’ professional level of stagnation,the coach level uneven, project lack of funds, and government policy is less, thepeople pay insufficient attention to.3. The sports dance of the influence is not high, even the children sports dance cannotbe correctly recognized, both men and women imbalance, lack of scientific andcomplete training system, training methods and old-fashioned, key and difficult enoughoutstanding.4. Juvenile sports dance team quality is not high.5.Jinan children’s sports dance training school for the majority of private traininginstitutes. Training school and government schools rarely, sources of funds are mostlyin tuition, few corporate sponsorship.Through the analysis of the above problems, put forward opinions on thedevelopment and innovation of the corresponding:1. Understanding and reference of the international sports dance advanced level,learning enterprise training management knowledge, to make better use of the trainingmanagement of juvenile sports dance.2.From the commercial sponsorship, the relevant government departments andenterprises management, market development model, with the stock and children’sdance sport commercialization to optimize financing way.3.Attract, retain good teachers, regular teachers organized by learning and training,provide powerful living condition as basic material guarantee to improve the level offaculty. 4.Personnel training direction clear, trying to communicate with the parents, so thatmore children have more development in the sports dance.
