Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Children's Sports Dance Training Institutions In Linyi City

With the boost of social economy in recent years,parents have paid more attention to children's education and cultivation of children's ability in many aspects,developing the potential talent.Dancesport is a kind of PE.project which has highly integrated sport and art,and it has attracted a large number of dance lovers because of its unique style and charm since it was introduced into China in the 1980s,becoming one of the most influential sports projects in China.This thesis is featured in research on children's sports-dance training institution in linyi city,using document data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate its industry scale,staff structure,fee-charging standards and so on,analysing with the SWOT method internal advantages and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats to summarize and build the SWOT matrix,putting forward the appropriate strategies.The survey result indicates that internal problems,like outmoded publicity means,unstable teaching-staff structure and tedious teaching methods are found in the training institutions of children's sports-dance in Linyi City,also with external problem of imbalanced trainee population in male and female,as well as incomplete competition system of PE.dance.By the summary and analysis of the above problems,SWOT method is used to sort out the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of children's sports-dance training institutions in Linyi City:(1)Internal advantages: teachers have high comprehensive quality and students have positive learning objectives;(2)Internal disadvantages: outmoded publicity means,outmoded hardware facilities of training institutions,unstable teaching-staff structure and tedious teaching methods;(3)External opportunities: support from national policies,development of social economy,and publicity through media and events;(4)External threats: the imbalanced population between male and female students,the incomplete dance types,the incomplete competition system of PE.dance,and the impact from other similar events.According to the characteristics of Children's Sports-dance Training Institution in Linyi City,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Children's Sports-dance Training Institution in Linyi City should establish and improve the internal management system,clear division of labour,performance of self-duties,formulation of scientific and orderly office procedures and teacher management system;(2)Children's Sports-dance Training Institution in Linyi City should improve the overall level of teachers and strengthen on-the-job training,increasing the proportion of full-time teachers;(3)Children's Sports-dance Training Institution in Linyi City should strengthen publicity,absorbing more male students to solve the current gender imbalance;(4)More attention should be paid to the standardization and science of teaching content and methods,establishment of a unified teaching standard and improvement of teaching quality by Children's Sports-dance Training Institution in Linyi City;(5)Children's Sports-dance Training Institution in Linyi City should continue to enhance the infrastructure of venue facilities,providing with a professional teaching environment.
