Since the1980s Globalization has become more apparent in the world and thenew phenomenon of globalization characterizes the times. In the context ofglobalization, the increasingly close relations between countries have grown more andmore intricate. This section mainly adopts the perspective from climate change homeand abroad under the globalization of culture and safety management faced by thegovernment since the reform and opening up. And form an in-depth analysis of howChinese government safeguards national cultural and the status of our government inorder to safeguard national security. The fourth part, the problem analysis.
