People have never stopping thinking of death as the history goes by. In the fieldof literature, death has alaways been the motif of literature,and many scholars havemade in-depth research in the literary consciousness of death.No matter the usage ofsymbolic approach, documentary approach or absurdity, no one can escape fromdeath’s surrounding and struggling. By the discription of ruthless,nothingness andmysteriousness of death, the tenacity, brave and wisdom of life have beendemonstrated naturally. The breath of death shrouded in literary texts has become adistinct point of outlooking the changes and development in human history, a measureof the value of life scale as well.This article draws on Heidegger’s ontology of death (death is not an event, but apresence to death) and its interpretation of the theory, trying to make some relativelyfree interpretation towards death of Kazakh literary text in an open domain, in anattempt to surface through the death of narrative, to restore the writer’s thoughts ondeath truthfully. The first chapter describs the research status on the consciousness ofdeath,the research methods and meaning, the concept of the consciousness of deathand its literary status, then its status among Kazakh literature; The second chapteranalyzes the death expressions of well-known Kazakh Writers, such as:Muhtal·awayzuof’s death expression-awakening, indifference; Yerkxi·hurmanbik’sdeath expression-warmth, aweness; Zhumaby·bilale’s death expression-careness,redemption;Xiams·humar’s death expression–calling, pursuiting; hayxia’s deathexpression-sad singing, returning to death; Awishan’s death expression-sadness,helplessness; The third paragraph analyses the characteristics of deathconsciousness in Kazakh writers’ creating, and induces the form of deathconsciousness from Kazakh culture and region culture.Through the exposition of the above analysis, will enable readers to understand theawareness of death and then from the sense of death in literature, to understandKazakh writers and their unique expressions on death, from which to appreciate thenational style created by Kazakh writers in relation to expressing death.The topiccontributes to the promotion of Minority writers and their works in Xin jiang, toarouse more readers attention to contemporary Kazakh writers, and makes certainpractical significance to the promotion of literary progress of the Kazakh nation aswell.
