Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the graduates haveincreased with years, grim situation of university students’ employment as a whole,under this background, the rising in recent years the number of "art test hot" makes thearts graduates increased,the resulting a series of problem of employment,as many artsgraduates in finding employment encountered in the process of confusion and difficult,and so on, according to the Chinese academy of social sciences in2009《social bluebook》employment survey, according to the results of the arts the lowest in theprofessional college students’ employment in colleges and universities. The arts ofcolleges and universities graduates employment has become the focus of we mustconcern. Arts graduates’ employment problems are both the social environment, alsohas its own reasons, such as learning ability is not strong, the overall quality is nothigh,professional ability and the social demand disconnect,lack of innovation ability,etc. In the face of such situation, how to take multiple ways to constantly improve andupgrade the arts graduates employment force level, become the strategic background,practical significance of important topic.Through reading and analysis of relevant research results found that the artisticcharacteristic and the employment of university students’ employment ability raisestrategy study is fruitful, but lack of systematic slightly, and stay on the description ofsome phenomenon and sense. The current study from past values to improve theemployment rate of thinking and exploration, gradually turned to focus on and improvethe level of labor force. Mainly concentrated in the student individual, for the universityitself and the government, the society and industry employment force theory system ofcomprehensive study. Although the proposed several levels such as government,student, school, society some of the strategies, but needs to be further breakthrough.This article in Shenyang music college graduates conducted interviews, questionnairesurvey, on the basis of objective analysis of the current college arts graduates find jobs with universal problems, such as employment expectations, professional ability,learning ability and comprehensive quality, and the needs of society, the artsprofessional Settings,the state freelance advocacy and relevant supporting system,etc.As the breakthrough point, in-depth analysis of the causes, influence factors, putforward improve art college students’ employment reasonable strategy, proposes thecorresponding targeted solutions and strategies, thus to improve the level of universityarts graduate employment force, promote the all-round development of studentsprofessional art.Domestic focus in the field of employment research is mainly focused on the jobanalysis as a whole, and for the arts graduates a special social group’s research also lessalone. The author will force the employment of the college arts graduates as a specialcase study,will be the masterpiece of the employment of the college arts graduates for atheme. In research methods based on the study of the arts graduate employment forcestrategy method Angle as a starting point, mainly using the method of literatureresearch, investigation, adopt the method of combining theoretical analysis andempirical research, based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, and combinedwith the methods of questionnaire and interviews, timely comprehensivelysystematically discuss the cultivation of university students’ employment force and itsascension.
