Contemporary College Students' Psychological Problem Analysis And Mental Health Education Countermeasures

At present, college students are praised as the God's favorite one because of their agile thoughts and plentiful energy. As the future leaders and constructors, they are ,taken for granted,worth a lot of attention. It is well known that every thing on the earth is twofold, and college students are no exceptions. On the one hand, they enthusiastically explore in the sea of knowledge and realize their dreams and life value. On the other hand, quite a number of students have troubles when they adapt to the real society out of the college due to their psychological problems. The principal reasons leading to this phenomenon are the increasing number of college students, the ascending percentage of the only child and the ever-intense competitions in the society which make more troubles for the higher education. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value that we pay attention to the researches of psychological problems and the psychological health education.This thesis comprises four parts. The first part focuses on the analysis of the definition of psychology, psychological problems and psychological health education, points out the view of this research and lays a foundation for the explorations of psychological problem and psychological health education. The second part analyses the main psychological problems of the contemporary college students, including six categories. The first category includes the problems of the adaption to the campus life, by contrast of the life hobbies and living environment of the high school. The second one are the problems of learning, including the lack of learning motives, the overabundance of learning motives, learning fatigue, learned helplessness and so on. The third one are problems of communication, including perception, emotion, personality, ability and the like. The forth one are problems of poverty, including the analysis of the elevation of the tuition, the advance of goods price, and the comparison between the poor and rich college students. The fifth one are problems of love affairs and sexuality, including the researches of current situation and features of love affairs. The sixth one are of employment, including the psychological phenomena of anxiety, self-contempt, self-conceit, envy, conformity and dependence in the process of hunting a job. The third part of the thesis explores the prime reasons leading to the psychological problems of the college student, such as the factors of society, the factors of family the factors of school, and that of themselves. The last part focuses on the countermeasures of the problem and pursue the solutions to this problem, such as the excellent service from the society, the favorable family education, the reform of college education system and self-regulation and self-protection.
