With the reform of higher education,the "enlarged enrollment" policy has been implemented in colleges and universities,and the college graduates ' employment market is becoming more and more competitive.Because of immature mental development and lack of social experience,college students will inevitably produce unhealthy employment psychology in the face of fierce employment competition.College students are the backbone of social development,so the research on college students ' employment psychology has gradually become an important research subject in the current ideological and political education.With the guidance of professional anchor theory,career development theory and Marxist young people's view of employment,this paper makes a deep study on the present situation of college students ' psychological problems in the University of Shaanxi and the main factors affecting their employment psychology by using the literature research method and questionnaire method,.the questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in 10 universities,including Xi'an Jiaotong University,Northwest University,Chang'an University,Xi'an University of Architectural Science and Technology,Ankang University and Yan'an University.577 valid questionnaires recovered from this survey,through the data obtained from the questionnaire of Employment Psychology of Shaanxi University and the results processed by SPSS13.0Software,this paper further expounds the present situation of employment psychology of college students in Shaanxi Province,and sums up nine kinds of employment psychological problems of university students in Shaanxi province.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting college students ' employment psychology in the light of the present situation of college students ' employment psychology in Shaanxi province.Subjective factors include: inadequate preparation for employment,deviation of self-evaluation,deviation of concept of employment;social factors include: uneven economic development,imperfect legal system,imperfect social security,severe employment situation and unhealthy social atmosphere;school factors include: professional setting,unreasonable talent training,lack of employment guidance and lack of psychological guidance for employment;family factors include: parents expect too much from their children,Basic family status and family atmosphere and parents over-indulgence of the only child.Finally,compared with the analysis of the influence factors of college students' employment psychology,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Subjective measures include: to improve their own quality,correct self-evaluation,learn to self-regulate and set up a correct concept of employment;the measures to be taken by the society and the government are: adjusting the economic structure,perfecting the relevant legal system,perfecting the social security and standardizing the order of the employment market;the measures that the school should take include: adjusting the professional setting rationally,perfecting the employment guidance system and strengthening the psychological guidance of employment;family should take measures such as strengthening employment guidance,paying attention to children's psychological problems and creating a good family atmosphere.
