Flow experience as an important part of positive psychology be taken more and more seriously in recent years. In the field of education, research on learning flow experience also gradually get attention. But for the college students’learning, flow experience research is still less.In this paper, through the way of questionnaire survey and experimental this study combining on college students’study flow experienceo First Study a pair of312a normal university students using questionnaire survey method to study the present situation of the university community learning flow experience;Used to study two teenagers flow experience questionnaire, personality questionnaire from the sex. learning motivation scale and achievement goal orientation questionnaire to survey152college grade four subjects, studies the influence factors of flow experience;The third study by experiment study from90according to the subjects selected from the two subjects intrinsic motivation level is divided into three levels including the different goals of learning task, to further study on intrinsic motivation, learning objectives, and study the relationship between flow experience. The results of this research:(1) Different gender, family location, grade, and only the singleton female college students’learning experience significant differences.Male college students study flow experience is significantly higher than female students:College students’ learning flow experience significantly greater than from rural to urban areas college students; he only-child college students learning flow experience significantly greater than the only-child college students; University grade four years of college students’learning flow experience is significantly higher than other grade, there is no significant difference between other grade.(2)College students’learning motivation, self to the personality and achievement goal are immersed in learning experience.Learning motivation. the more tall students produce the more learning flow experience; Have the learn from the personality of college students to produce more flow experience; Achievement goal, the higher the more students have the learning experience.(3) The higher intrinsic motivation levels of individual creation of learning experience.Low task goal higher task goal students have the learning experience more. Intrinsic motivation is high, low task goal more than the high mission goals for learning flow experience, and the individual centered on the intrinsic motivation, objectives less than complete task target group get more learning experience.Through three consecutive progressive study found that male college students learning flow experience is higher than female students, rural students learning flow experience than urban students, not only students’learning flow experience is higher than the only-child college students, at the same time the highest grade four years of university students study flow experience. Learning motivation, since to the personality and achievement goals and learning flow experience close. Intrinsic motivation levels of different students, different learning goals will be a different impact on flow experience learning:when studying higher intrinsic motivation, low learning goal more conducive to produce flow experience:When learning intrinsic motivation in the middle and higher learning goals more conducive to produce flow experience:When the students’intrinsic motivation is low. no matter what kind of learning goals to experience immersion are rarely.
