Flow theory was first proposed by Csikszentmihalyi in the nineteen seventies.As one of the concepts of positive emotional experience that worth to concern in the field of positive psychology,lots of psychologists paid attention to it and paid energy to research it.Learning flow experience is not only one of the specific application of flow experience in the field of learning,but also a common phenomenon in daily learning.It can improve learning efficiency,enhance the mental health level,and meaningful to the developing of personality.The author chooses 460 college students come from Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai as participations through the questionnaire survey method – the author chooses localization questionnaires in order to close to domestic real situation and avoid the cultural differences-to investigate the college students' overall situations of personality traits,learning motivation and learning flow experience.Use the analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis to examine personality traits,learning motivation and learning flow experience into different demographic variable differences.Analyzes the college students' personality traits,learning motivation and learning flow experience into relationship,and explore the mediating role if learning motivation between personality traits and learning flow experience.Hope this research data,the practical description and analysis,we can provide for related field solution of problems and the practical reference.The research shows that:(1)The personality traits of college students distribute evenly as a whole and agreeableness,conscientiousness and openness are relatively prominent.(2)College students' personality traits,learning motivations and learning flow experiences exist significant differences in demographic variables.(3)College students' personality traits and learning motivations are positively correlated;College students' personality traits and learning flow experiences are positively correlated;College students' learning motivations and learning flow experiences are positively correlated.(4)Some dimensions of college students' personality traits and some factors of learning motivations could positively predict learning flow experiences.(5)College students' learning motivations plays a part intermediary function role betweenconscientiousness and learning flow experiences;College students' learning motivations plays a part intermediary function role between openness and learning flow experiences.
